With a background in management, human resources and business, Cathleen is able to manage day-to-day operations for RLA. Her responsibilities include operations, accounting and human resources management. In addition she assists with the company’s business planning and marketing.
Over the ten+ years Cathleen has worked with RLA, she has stayed current with accounting, human resources and operational practices to insure the best expertise for both the RLA client and employee. Cathleen contributes in many ways to the smooth operation of daily life at RLA.
